Background Information:
Per City Council direction, the City of San Marcos issued a Request For Proposals (RFP) from non-profit organizations for public services and programming that celebrate the rich cultural heritage of the Dunbar Neighborhood.
This presentation will provide the public with the background associated with the proposed disposition of the Mitchell Center to a Non-profit organization. Following a Request For Proposals (RFP), six (6) proposals were received and evaluated by a selection panel. The selection panel utilized feedback from City Council on the criteria for the selection. This presentation will include the recommendation of the selection panel.
