Background Information:
Rate modeling for Resource Recovery shows a rate adjustment is needed for single and multifamily customers. The rate adjustments will fund expenses for services that include contractual increases for trash, recycling, green waste and other programs, public outreach and education, and administration of resource recovery programs.
