BACKGROUND:
The Greater San Marcos Partnership is in the process of completing the update to their Economic Development Strategy Study. They have recently completed the Competitive Assessment portion of the project (Phase 1) and would like to provide the City Council with an update as related to the findings as related to Phase 1.
