Background Information:

During the Council Work Session on November 19 regarding Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects, there were some questions and discussion regarding the role of the San Marcos Housing Authority (SMHA). During the discussion it was mentioned that it would be helpful to speak with SMHA representatives and discuss the topic with them.

Ms. Lana Wagner, Executive Director of SMHA will be available at the December 17 Council Work Session and share more about the operations and processes of her organization.
