Background Information:
This is a Change in Service to the agreement (220-227) with Alan Plummer Associates, Inc. for design upgrades to the Comanche Pump Station. This project originated from the 2015 and 2020 Water Master Plans. The work is to upgrade and increase capacity of the four pumps in the pump station.
