BACKGROUND:
The Council Subcommittee for the Whisper Texas PID Project was previously made up of Mayor Pro Tem Thomaides, Council Member Prather and past Council Member Scott, and was created on June 4, 2013. Following the work of the subcommittee the PID was created on October 21, 2014.
