BACKGROUND

 

On August 18, 2015 the Council provided direction for Staff to bring back the recommended changes to the Airport Commission Ordinance for consideration.  A redline illustrating all of the changes is attached for review.

 

On October 5, 2015 the Council provided direction for Staff to ask Texas Aviation Partner’s for a recommendation regarding the Appeals section of the Ordinance.  They have recommended that the section be removed.  The attached Ordinance highlights that recommendation.
