Background Information:
In 2018 the city initiated the design to reconstruct the two main taxiways at the San Marcos Regional Airport (Taxiway Alpha and Charlie). This was undertaken after the city requested to TxDOT Aviation the need to repair/reconstruct both taxiways due to their deteriorating condition.
