Background Information:
This is the first of up to five one-year license agreement renewal terms with SPIN to provide electric scooters and electric pedal-assist bicycles to the community. This agreement is in coordination with Texas State University to provide students, visitors, and the public at large with an environmentally sensitive alternative to single-passenger vehicles. This program also serves as a mitigation strategy for COVID-19, given it is single passenger transportation.
