BACKGROUND:  

Receive Update on FY2015-2016 City of San Marcos Visioning/Goals.  On May 1^st, Council met with Facilitator Randy Pennington, City Manager Jared Miller and Staff to formulate the City Council's Vision and Goals.  Attached are the FY 2015-2016 DRAFT Goals as proposed at this meeting.
