Background Information:
The applicant is requesting to connect to existing City water and wastewater lines in front of the property for a convenience store.
Previously utility connections to an existing line were approved administratively, however, a recent amendment to Chapter 86 of the City Code of Ordinances now requires City Council approval of these requests.
