Background Information:
On October 3, 2024, the City received five (5) bids in response to IFB 224-291 for Household Hazardous Waste Disposal. Bids received were from Heritage Environmental Services, LLC, Marion, TX; Triumvirate Environmental Services, LLC, Davie, FL; Clean Earth Environmental Solutions, Inc. Glencoe, AL; Lone Star Hazmat Response, LLC Tyler, TX; Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc. Norwell, MA;

After the bids were received, it was determined that the bids and the solicitation documents did not accurately reflect the City's required specifications. Staff is therefore recommending rejection of all bids. A revised scope and specifications are being developed and a new solicitation will be issued at a later date.
