Background Information:
In accordance with Texas Local Government Code Chapter 395, Section 395.053, the San Marcos City Council shall adopt an order to establish a Public Hearing on August 5th on an Update and Amendment of the Water and Wastewater Impact Fees of the City of San Marcos and associated Land Use Assumptions and Capital Improvement Plan.
