Background Information:
The Cities of San Marcos and Kyle have maintained a long-term water-service relationship with Resolution 2000-190R, which authorized the initial Water Transportation Agreement allowing Kyle to transport treated water from the San Marcos Water Treatment Plant through San Marcos' system using an initial delivery point on Yarrington Road and establishing metering, billing, and operational responsibilities.
