BACKGROUND:
Texas Aviation Partners was selected by the City to complete a Business Development Plan (BDP) for the Airport as part of a TxDOT grant. Unlike a Master Plan, the BDP focuses on real estate, finances, business development, and marketing within a 3-5 year period. The purpose of the plan is to create an executable vision with an emphasis on growth and community participation for a budding City asset.
