Background Information:
The existing multifamily development was constructed sometime in approximately 1979. The current site development has setbacks and parking oriented to the front of the property. The property is requesting a rezoning from Multifamily-24 (MF-24) to Character District-4 (CD-4).
The reduced setbacks in the CD-4 district are better suited to the site’s grading constraints and will facilitate its development.
