Background Information:
On December 3, 2024 City Council approved an out of city utility (OCU) extension request for this same property. The approval was for 404 lots on approximately 72.85 acres. The applicant has since modified the lot layout and is proposing additional single family lots on the same 72.85 acres. Since the prior approval specified the number of units, staff is bringing back the OCU request and recommends removing the lot count from the approval to provide the developer flexibility in their subdivision layout.
