Background Information:
Christopher Brown comes to the city with several years of experience in public and environmental law.
He has a law degree and a Master of Public Affairs degree from the University of Texas, together with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University.
Most recently he has been an associate professor in the Texas State Legal Studies and Public Administration programs.
