Background Information:
This project includes mobilization, sealant, water blasting, and wall coating of approximately 30,000 square feet of substrate that will be coated with 2 coats "Weatherlastic" elastomeric coating at the San Marcos Activity Center. The Activity Center is currently experiencing minor water penetrations from the exterior envelope of the building. This coating will prevent water from penetrating the exterior of the building and will improve the overall esthetics of the Activity Center.
