Background Information:
This is for the permit to construct the last portion of the San Marcos River Shared Use Path, formerly known as the Crosstown Pathway Project, on Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) right-of-way. The final 250 feet will complete the TxDOT project that will allow ADA access along the San Marcos River from City Park to Ramon Lucio Park. This section connects Children's Park with Rio Vista Park by a path under the railroad bridge, belonging to Union Pacific, that crosses the San Marcos river between the parks.
