Background Information:
Paul Kite, Assistant Director of Utilities, is no longer with city. Ekaterina Fitos was hired as the new Director of Utilities in August 2026 and will fill Position 7 vacated by Paul Kite.
Robert Goode served as the Interim Director of Utilities beginning in May 2026 and was appointed to the Board to fill the vacancy created when Tyler Hjorth, Director of Utilities, left his position with the city. Robert Goode will continue to serve on the Board on a temporary basis in Board Position 9. The Board slots are not position specific; therefore Ms. Fitos will take the vacant Board Position 7 with the longer term ending on April 3...
