Consider approval of Resolution 2025-70R, authorizing a request for reimbursement from the Texas Department of Transportation ("TxDOT") for 90 percent of the cost of airport taxilanes for the San Marcos Regional Airport in the estimated amount of $1,800,000.00; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute all contracts and agreements with TxDOT as necessary to obtain such reimbursement on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.

Background Information:
The need for improvements to the airport's ramp area was identified in the 2021 airport master plan in addition to the ongoing master plan update. The city made a request to TxDOT Aviation for funding to support a project to create several dedicated taxilanes across the ramp area. This was subsequently added to TxDOT Aviation's Capital Improvement Program with funding for 2025.
