Background Information:
City Council received an update on utility assistance during the Proposed FY2025 Budget presentation at the August 20 Council meeting. During the discussion there were additional requests made for data related to utility payment plans and disconnections. This presentation provides the information requested as well as short- and long-term recommendations to allocate utility assistance funding to 2-3 agencies.
