Background Information:
City Council appointed members to the Impact Fee Advisory Committee, also known as the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee, on December 2, 2025. Adoption of these procedural rules will provide the structure of these meetings and accomplish their task of advising City Council of changes to Land Use, Capital Improvement Plans and Impact Fee amendments.

Pursuant to Section 395.058 of the Texas Local Government Code, the city council is required to appoint a capital improvements advisory committee.
