Consider approval of Resolution 2025-71R, approving a Memorandum of Understanding with the San Macros River Foundation (SMRF) to establish roles, responsibilities, and procedures of the city and SMRF in planning and constructing trails as part of the Purgatory Creek Improvements Project using the Recreational Trail Grant funds awarded to SMRF by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD); authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the memorandum of understanding on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
