Background Information:
This annexation request is approximately 64 acres and is part of a wider 199-acre site proposed for a data center. Per the approved annexation service agreement, wastewater will be provided by the City of San Marcos and water will be provided by Crystal Clear SUD. The site is located within the Pedernales Electric service area.
