Background Information:
This project aims to resolve the persistent drainage issues at the intersection of Hull St. and Grove St., which were not addressed in the Victory Gardens Improvements project. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of 500 feet of reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) storm pipe within the right of way (ROW), drainage curb inlets, junction boxes, water line reconnection, full roadway overlay, and site restoration.
