Background Information:

This Chipotle Mexican Grill location was opened in 2016 and received a Conditional Use Permit at the time.  The CUP was renewed in 2017 for a three year period. The CUP was renewed again on 9/10/2024 for a six-month duration. The location has had no police reports to this date.

Recommendation: 

Staff recommends approval with the following conditions:

1.The permit shall be valid for three (3) years, commencing on January 10th, 2025, provided standards are met;

2.The permit shall be posted in the same area and manner as the Certificate of Occupancy.
