Background Information:

Hopdoddy received its first Conditional Use Permit for Mixed Beverages in 2019 (CUP-19-03), and renewal for three years in 2020 (CUP-20-19). Staff is recommending an approval for two years, due to the current CUP being expired by one year.

1.                     The permit shall be valid for two (2) years, provided standards are met;

2.                      The permit shall be posted in the same area and manner as the Certificate of Occupancy.
