Background Information:

Requesting connection to City of San Marcos 2-inch waterline for the purpose of supplying water to a proposed Manufactured Home Community. The Community will contain 20 pad sites for Manufactured Homes and 6 sites for Tiny Homes. The property is currently connected to the city’s 2-inch waterline but is increasing the meter size. The waterline may have to be to increased in size to accommodate the development. The property is not within the City Limits or City’s Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ), after being released from the ETJ in 2023.
