Background Information:
In accordance with a memo to Council sent on October 9, 2025, Council will receive a presentation which will provide an update on the status of the FM-110 Connection Drive Project including the relocation and restoration of the historic Graham Air Traffic Control Tower as well as a recommendation for naming of the new road. This project will be required to name a new road; it will not be renaming any portion of the existing Airport Drive therefore it does not follow the guideline of renaming an existing street per section 74.056 of the code.
