The purpose of this resolution is to complete the purchase of the piece of property described in the agenda caption as discussed with Council on April 19 and July 5, 2022. This piece of property is for the relocation of Fire Station #1, which is currently located at 114 E, Hutchison to this location, 111 E. MLK.
