Consider approval of Resolution 2025-20R, approving an amended Joint Funding Agreement with Texas State University, San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District and Hays County for the provision of Youth Services, including funding for a Youth Services Director, which amended agreement reduces the initially approved annual contribution amount of the school district from $23,834.00 to $20,000.00, with the $3,834.00 reduction being offset by a contribution in the same amount from Community Action, Inc. of Central Texas, and the participation amounts for the remaining parties remaining the same; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement; and declaring an effective date.
