BACKGROUND:
October 6, 2014 regular meeting minutes are attached for review.
Also attached for review are the January 17, 2012 minutes which had a typo on item number 17.
The vote previously approved stated (2) for and (4) against, and it should be (3) for and (4) against. This change does not reflect a change in the outcome of the vote previously taken just that all of the members of the Council were indeed present at the time of the vote and that all members did vote on the item.
