Background Information:
The purpose of this contract is to make repairs to several HVAC roof top units at the Activity Center that were damaged during the May 9, 2024 hailstorm.
The cost of these repairs will be covered by the City's facility insurance coverage through the Texas Municipal League.
Work to be performed:
* Eight (8) units requiring coil replacement, per unit cost is $13,450.00
* Five (5) units requiring HVAC fin repair, per unit is $1,877.80
