Background Information:
In September 2019 an ILA was executed between the City of San Marcos and GBRA for the design and construction of the SWTP Improvements for ARWA. This ILA does not state any details on how to manage a potential change order between both parties. Although there are currently no change orders pending in which result in an adjustment to the construction contract amount, approval of this amendment would make the financial responsibility and repayment timeframe clear, avoiding any possible delay...
