Background Information:

Lanikai Lounge received their Conditional Use Permit in November 9, 2021 with an expiration date of February 7, 2023. The establishment includes 52 indoor seats and 12 outdoor seats and operates within the hours of 3:00 pm to 2:00 am Sunday through Saturday.

Recommendation: 

Staff recommends approval of this CUP request with the following conditions:

1. The permit shall be valid for three (3) years, provided standards are met. 

2. The permit shall be posted in the same area and manner as the Certificate of Occupancy.
