Background Information:
On February 12, 2026, the City received five (5) bids in response to IFB 2025-208 for Water and Wastewater Inventory Materials and Supplies IDIQ. Bids were received from ACT Pipe & Supply Inc., Core & Main LP, Consolidated Pipe & Supply Inc., Ferguson Waterworks, and Garland Powers.

After bids were received, it was determined that the bid and contract documents did not accurately reflect the City's requirements for award.

Therefore, staff is recommending rejection of all bids. A revised scope and specifications are being developed and a new solicitation will be issued soon.
