Background Information:

During their first meeting, the Committee briefly discussed the applicability of the Residential Incentive Policy (Resolution 2020-272R approved by City Council in December, 2020). The Committee indicated the desire to broaden their purpose which was initially established to review the Riverbridge Ranch PID Amendment. The policy is attached for reference.
