Background Information:
The subject property is the Crestwood retail center and is located on Old Ranch Road 12 between Craddock Avenue and Wonder World Drive. The request aims to address an ongoing sanitary sewer issue through a connection to City wastewater service. In 2023, an application for annexation (Case No. AN-23-06) was submitted and withdrawn by the property owner. In 2025, an application for Out-of-City Utility Connection (OCU-25-06) was submitted and withdrawn in order to pursue annexation consistent with staff's recommendation.
