Background Information:
The applicant for the Village at San Marcos development has submitted a Qualified Watershed Protection Plan, Phase 2. It is a Qualified WPP due to the project being greater than 40 acres and the reclamation of Water Quality/Buffer Zone. Code requires the scheduling of an informative meeting with the Planning and Zoning Commission prior to administrative approval.

The site is approximately 67 acres and located near the intersection of Centerpoint Road and IH35. The site includes water quality/buffer zones and floodplain.

A multifamily development is proposed for the site. 70% removal of increased Total Suspended Solids (TSS) for the identified treatment area will be provided as mitigation for the reclamation of water quality/buffer zone.
