Background Information:
The City of San Marcos Animal Shelter is in serious need of maintenance and improvements to include application of epoxy flooring, painting, and installation of soundproofing.
This request is for the approval of a contract 221-196 with Alpha Building Corporation through the Buyboard Cooperative contract 581-19 to provide these much-needed services. The City of San Marcos is authorized by the Local Government Code, Chapter 271, to participate in cooperative purchasing programs.
