Consider approval of Resolution 2021-105R, approving a third amended and restated Interconnection Agreement with the Lower Colorado River Authority Transmission Services Corporation ("LCRA TSC") to update the facility schedules that outline the use and ownership of, and responsibilities for, various appurtenances and components for the Hilltop, Strahan, Ranch Road 12, Rattler, Redwood, and San Marcos Substations; authorizing the City Manager or his designee, to execute said amendment; and declaring an effective date.

Prior Council Action: Res 2009-039R approving the original Interconnection Agreement with LCRA; Res 2016-177R approving the Amended and Restated Interconnection Agreement with LCRA TSC to, in part, clarify the transmission and distribution functions of the parties and Bill of Sale to transfer certain transmission infrastructure at the Hilltop and Ranch Road 12 Substation to LCRA TSC; Res 2019-057R approving the Amended and Restated Interconnection Agreement with LCRA TSC, which included, in part, the addition of a mobile transformer tap at the Ranch Road 12 Substation; Res 2020-21R approving the Amended and Restated Interconnection Agreement with LCRA TSC to include installation of the Rattler Substation.
