Consider approval of Resolution 2025-15R, approving a change in service to the contract with the Normandy Group, LLC providing for Federal Governmental Relations Consulting Services to extend the contract term for two years in the estimated amount of $150,000.00 annually; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the documents necessary to implement the change in service on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
