Background Information:
This is a budget workshop to update City Council on discuss the Fiscal Year 2023 budget process and timeline, review Fiscal Year 2023 CIP process and discuss a multi-year CIP debt financing plan.

Finance staff will present economic indicators, FY22 update on primary revenues in the General Fund, FY23 assumptions and considerations, and budget timeline. Engineering staff will present FY23 CIP process and update. Dan Wegmiller, the City's Financial Advisor will present a multi-year financing plan for CIP.

In regular session, City Council will consider Resolution of Notice of Intent to issue Certificates of Obligation for the FY22 CIP.
