Background Information:
This topic was discussed during the Budget Policy Workshop in February and at the March 23 City Council meeting. At those meetings, Council directed staff to research facilitators for a future Mayor and Council team building session. In the attached memo, staff has summarized the work of a few regional facilitators who specialize in the topics of team building and equity. This item is to present a few options staff has researched and receive additional direction on how Council would like to proceed.
