Background Information:
• Initial Conditional Use Permit issued in October of 2017, valid for one year.
• In December 2021, the business was granted a six-month renewal.
• In June 2022, the business was granted a three-year renewal.
• In December 2022, the business applied for an amendment to the existing CUP to allow late night sales (2 a.m.) in addition to on-premise consumption of mixed beverages, valid for 1 year.
• In August of 2024, the business was granted a one-year renewal with a condition of approval allowing outdoor music until 12 a.m. Previous approvals allowed outdoor music until 10 p.m

1. The permit shall be valid for one (1) year, provided standards are met; and
2. Outdoor music on the property shall not be permitted after 12am; and
3. The permit shall be posted in the same area and manner as the Certificate of Occupancy.
Note: conditions unchanged from previous approvals.
