Prior Council Action: Council approved Ordinance 2023-67, on first reading at their September 5 meeting. Council previously approved the appointment of Mr. Burns as our Associate Judge for a term expiring at the end of August, 2023. This ordinance is intended to continue his appointment.

Background Information:
Mr. Daniel Matthew Burns has been serving as the Associate Judge to fill in for Judge Landry when needed. His current term expires at the end of August, 2023 and this ordinance is intended to extend his term for another two years.
