Background Information:
The Neighborhood Commission discussed the item at several meeting with comments from TAG (Tenants Advocacy Group). A resolution was approved unanimously on 02/21/2024. City Council discussed the item at the 05/07/2024 meeting and provided guidance to come back at another work session with additional information.

Texas State University Attorney for Students has dealt with this matter and has the most experience to provide a presentation. Shannon FitzPatrick will provide the presentation tonight.
