Background Information:
The Whisper East Development has submitted a Qualified Watershed Protection Plan Phase 1. It is a Qualified WPP due to the project being greater than 40 acres and the reclamation of Water Quality/Buffer Zone. Code requires an informative meeting with the Planning and Zoning Commission prior to administrative approval.

The site is approximately 161 acres and within the San Marcos city limits. The site includes water quality and buffer zones.

The proposed development consists of Single Family Residential, Commercial, and Industrial land uses. The development proposes to reclaim water quality and buffer zones.
